Medical acupuncture needle firmness tester is designed and
manufactured according to gb2024-94 "acupuncture needle" related
standards, and its technical performance and indicators fully meet
the relevant national standards of the pharmaceutical industry. It
is specially used to test the firmness of medical acupuncture
needle. The instrument is composed of intelligent controller, force
measuring mechanism, distance measuring mechanism and printer. The
intelligent controller is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD,
keyboard, power supply and so on. The screen is displayed in all
Chinese windows, and the keyboard controls the cursor for options,
operation and setting. It can be operated according to the prompts
without training.
It fully complies with the relevant provisions of yy0666-2008 and
gb2024.

Matters needing attention
1. The operator must be familiar with the operation manual of the
tester.
2. Set up a quick skip key in the instrument. When the cursor is
below the "test" key, press the "key" and the cursor will jump to
"test".
3. After startup, the instrument will conduct self-test, and if any
error is found, a prompt screen will appear after the end of the
first screen to remind you to reset the test scheme or recalibrate.
In case of class II data error, you should reset the test plan. If
there is a class I data error, you should ask a professional to
reset the calibration.
4. The periodic measurement cycle of the tester is one year.
