Xz1116-b medical suture tension tester is designed and manufactured
according to yy1116-2002 "absorbable surgical suture" and other
relevant standards. Its technical performance and indicators fully
meet the relevant standards of the national pharmaceutical
industry, and is specially used for the measurement of the tension
of medical suture. The special tester is composed of intelligent
controller, loading mechanism, ranging mechanism and printer. The
intelligent controller is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD,
keyboard, power supply and so on.
Product introduction:
It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD touch screen and
Chinese menu display. Nominal specification, suture classification,
set load, print, test, up, down, time, calibration. The menu on the
LCD is controlled by the keyboard, the tension is loaded
automatically, the wire diameter data is recorded automatically,
the tension and peak force data are displayed in real time, the
data report is output automatically, and the test report is printed
ten times on board, which fully conforms to the regulations of
"yy1116-2010".
