Yy0290-h intraocular lens loop tensile strength tester is designed
and manufactured according to the relevant standards of "YY
0290.3-2008 ophthalmic optical intraocular lens part 3: mechanical
properties and test methods". Its technical performance and
indicators fully conform to the relevant national standards of the
pharmaceutical industry. It is specially used for the tensile
strength test of the haptic loop of human intraocular lens.
Product introduction:
Yy0290-h intraocular lens loop tensile strength tester is composed
of intelligent controller, force measuring mechanism, transmission
mechanism, ranging mechanism, printer, etc. The intelligent
controller is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD, keyboard, power
supply and so on. The screen is displayed in all Chinese windows,
with the keyboard or touch screen to control the cursor for
options, operation and setting. It can be operated and used
according to the prompts without training
It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD screen and Chinese
menu display. Digital closed-loop control, AD acquisition speed of
500KHz, internal code of 1 million; high-precision clock chip,
power-off storage; PLC programmable control, dynamic display of
loading force value; overload alarm and shutdown protection.
Nominal specification, applied load, test time, test times, up,
down, time, calibration. The menu on LCD is controlled by keyboard,
and test data is printed on board. When the intraocular lens was
pulled, the haptics were broken or separated from the lens, or
stopped when the tension reached 0.25N. There are two experimental
methods: set value holding test and destructive pull-out test. The
number of tests is 1-50, which can be set arbitrarily.

than the national first-class testing machine standard)
