Product description
Hx-a cartridge bottle sliding performance tester is designed and
manufactured according to ybb00112004 "pre filling syringe assembly
(with injection needle)" and ybb00162004 "brominated butyl rubber
piston and gasket for pen syringe". It is a special measuring
instrument for measuring the sliding performance of cartridge
bottles.
Product introduction:
The tester is composed of intelligent controller, force measuring
mechanism, transmission mechanism, ranging mechanism and printer.
The intelligent controller is composed of CPU, motherboard, LCD,
keyboard, power supply and so on. The screen is displayed in all
Chinese windows, and the keyboard controls the cursor for options,
operation and setting. It can be operated according to the prompts
without training.
It adopts 5.7 inch (320 × 240) single color LCD touch screen and
Chinese menu display. The keyboard can select the specifications of
the cartridge bottle, display and print the record chart of the
maximum force, starting force, re starting force, the driving force
required by the piston in the whole process of the internal wall
movement of the cylinder and the displacement of the piston.

Mechanical: aluminum alloy oxidation treatment, 304 stainless
steel, high speed AD conversion, closed-loop loading tension.

Setting mode: there are two setting modes of test speed and
displacement and thrust and time ("test speed and displacement" is
used for "piston sliding test" and "thrust and time" is used for
"leakage test")
