It adopts 5.7 inch (120 × 90) single color LCD touch screen and Chinese menu display. Nominal specification, test load, print, test, uplink, downlink, time, calibration. The menu on the LCD screen is controlled by the keyboard, and the test data are printed on the aircraft. The safety and self destruction reliability of the tested syringe can be automatically judged. The anti start pull and test time curve are displayed in real time. The maximum anti start pull of the syringe for airborne printing test is also shown. This machine has two test methods: one is to set the load and test time to prevent the syringe from restarting; the other is to directly apply reaction force on the syringe core until it is damaged. In other words, the simulation test is mainly conducted to prevent the safety syringe from being started again. The test method fully meets the requirements of appendix B.1 of iso7886-4 standard.
