Principle:
1. The tested product is fixed on the lower fixture, and the lead screw is driven by the motor, and then the loading force is applied downward by the slider through the upper fixture until the head of the tested product is punctured by the needle fixed on the lower fixture and tightly sealed;
2. The needle fixed on the lower fixture is hollow, and the tail is connected to a pressure vessel with adjustable pressure. After the product under test is connected to the pressure vessel by the needle and sealed, the pressure is transferred to the internal part of the product through the pipeline and hollow needle. The pressure is continuously pressurized until the product under test explodes. The instantaneous pressure value is recorded by computer at the moment of explosion The pressure value is the burst pressure of the measured product.
