Medical device flow tester

Medical device flow tester adopts 5.7 inch (320 * 240) LCD touch screen and Chinese menu display. The menu on LCD screen is controlled by keyboard, and test results can be printed by airborne printer. According to the relevant provisions of the national standards for medical devices, the special equipment designed for testing the flow of medical devices. Configuration requirements: main engine + 6mm standard gas pipe 6m 2.3 pressure output range: higher than local atmospheric pressure, 10KPA ~ 200KPa, display mode: LED digital display; pressure output value can be set arbitrarily, calibration error is not more than ± 2.5% of the reading. Test duration: 5 seconds ~ 99.9 minutes, LED digital display, the error is not more than ± 1s. It is suitable for infusion set, blood transfusion set, infusion needle, catheter, anesthesia filter, etc.
When the test is conducted according to Appendix B of YY 0285.5, the flow rate of conduit with nominal outer diameter less than 1.0 mm shall be 80% to 80% of the value marked by the manufacturer
The flow rate of conduit with nominal outer diameter greater than or equal to 1.0 mm shall be 90% - 115% of the value indicated by the manufacturer
