The medical suture diameter tester is designed and manufactured
according to the provisions of absorbable surgical suture
(yy1116-2010) and non absorbable surgical suture (yy0167-2005) on
the measurement of suture diameter, which is a special equipment
for testing the suture diameter.
Nominal specification: 12-0 5 all medical sutures.
Graduation of wire diameter measurement: 0.001mm. Presser foot diameter: 12.7 ± 0.02 mm; reference plane diameter: 50 mm.
Flatness of presser foot and reference plane: no more than ± 0.005mm.
Parallelism between presser foot and datum plane: no more than one thousandth.
Loading weight: 0 ～ 2kg, accuracy: ± 0.1g
Presser foot load: 210g ± 3G.
Printing mode: it can print 3-point (line 1 / 4, 1 / 2, 3 / 4 position)
measurement test data and average value, and can print 10 times
test average value and its total average value and deviation value.
